Delhi Asks Centre To Pass Class 10 & 12 CBSE Students Based On Internal Exams Amid COVID-19 Lockdown

With the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) not able to conduct exams due to the nationwide lockdown, Delhi government comes up with a suggestion for the centre. Delhi has also requested for at least 30 per cent reduction in course material for all classes. It has also requested for reduced syllabus in JEE, NEET and other higher education examinations. Educational institutions across the country have been closed since March 16 when the Centre announced a countrywide classroom shutdown. Later, a nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus was announced, which was further extended till May 3.
