New Delhi, July 17: In a bizarre incident, a woman attempted to flee with an e-rickshaw after a verbal spat with the driver. Instead, she drove away with my vehicle. I raised an alarm, and some bike-borne men gave chase and eventually caught her," the driver was quoted as saying.
